Weather is the only corporation that has absolute monopoly on earth.
Goal: Can we predict weather three months ahead ?
Difficulty Level: Extremely high.
Initial Thoughts:
The balloon stuff may be globally co-ordinated. But 75% of earth is water. Do we have enough monitoring in the high seas and oceans ?
